Stitch from Stash update #4

I know that I say this every month, but where has the time gone? ! I had every intention of doing a knitting post, but I lost track of time. I do plan on doing one very soon. :-)
Not a whole lot of stitching this month. I am taking several classes at my local yarn store, so I have been mainly knitting. But I hope to get back in the stitching groove soon. :-)
I finished my March Calendar girl and a little spring time freebie from Snowflower Diaries and I started the new spring freebie from Snowflower Diaries. I just love her designs. I actually started Slicker Bunny and got a few stitches into it and then got sidetracked with the spring bunny. :-)
Stash wise,I went a little bit over because I found a new to me stitching shop just as they were closing up. They were having a huge sale and I was able to get several new patterns all for $13!!! Thankfully, I still had carryover from previous months so I am still good. I also bought the new Tea Time pattern from the Frosted Pumpkin Stitchery, a piece of 32ct fabric and some DMC. So my grand total for the month is $29.40. So, that brings my total for the year up to $56.90 and that means that I have $43.10 carryover. :-) I am pretty pleased with myself. Now, I just need to join a knit from stash group! !!! :-) :-) :-)
Spring has finally arrived in northern Delaware! !!! We have been enjoying it so much. We went to Longwood Gardens today after church to see the spring flowers. It was amazing! I will add some pictures from there. I hope that you are having a fantastic spring or autumn. :-)
Happy stitching,
Love, Heather

Hi Heather,
Good to see you at Longwood Gardens in front of the purple foxgloves on a sunny day - after our long cold wet winter.
I like your rabbits. I am finishing a rabbit pin cushion/ornament this week.
The stash get-together idea sounds economical for sure.
I am looking forward, also, to seeing your knitting.

So glad spring is finally here, Heather! And what a place to celebrate it's arrival... I love Longwood Gardens even though I was there only once in the fall. You'll have such fun going each season to see what is blooming.

Your little finishes are both so cute. I always love stitching bunnies :)

Looking forward to reading about your knitting! Enjoy your week...

Lots of lovely stitching Heather and fantastic bargains too. Too good to miss out on I would say and at least you've still got plenty carried over :)

Beautiful photos.

I have just realised I didn't reply to your reply to me from my last comment. Sigh! Brain please get into gear!

Lovely pictures of your stitching...and Longwood. A visit to Longwood has been on my bucket list for quite some time. I live such a distance away it's hard to say if I'll ever make it. Thank you for sharing your visit so I can live vicariously.

Beautiful stitching!

Which stitching shop closed up? I used to live in Wilmington, DE, and the only shop I knew about in the area was Strawberry Sampler in Chadds Ford, PA.
