Stamp-a-faire challenge #5

Papertrey has been having challenges all day. Here is my entry for challenge #5. All of the supplies I used except ink are from Papertrey. I love this colour combo!

A cupcake birthday

Here is a card that I made for my friend that I gave the rose pin pillow to. I love cupcakes!!! ;o) The cupcake stamp is from PTI and it is paper pieced. I love to paper piece. ;o)Fleur de lis embossing folder is from Cuttlebug. The scrunched seam binding is from Bluebird Lane .

Here is a sweet little pin pillow that I made for my friend for her birthday. It was a freebie from La-D-Da but I can't find it on the web anymore. I want to make one for me soon. ;o)

Here is a pincushion and scissor fob that I made for a dear friend that shares my love of birds and cross-stitch. This was a fun stitch. I want to make one for myself.

Sympathy card

Here is a card I made for a friend who had lost her 2 year old daughter. I love Hydrangeas and this one is so easy to colour. I just stamped it with Versa Mark and then used chalks to colour it in. The tag is Papertrey's Tiny Tags and the sentiment is from PTI's Birds of a Feather set. The background is SU's French Script.

I'm back...

Wow!! Little did I realize when I posted that I would be taking a short break that it would last 7 months! I also didn't realize there would be 3 surgeries in that 7 months!

But I am now back to crafting. Yeah! I am cross-stitching right now with a little bit of stamping and scrap booking thrown in here and there! My next post will be some pictures of some stamping and cross-stitching.
